All the textbooks you buy at the Associated Students Bookstore are covered under our Low Price Guarantee program. If your textbook is being sold cheaper somewhere else, we'll match the price under the following conditions:
• You must submit the Low Price Guarantee verification form to us within 7 days of purchase.
• Bring your original AS Bookstore receipt and a print-out of the shopping cart page where the book was offered to the
Textbook Counter on the second floor of the Bookstore.
• The print-out must contain company name and logo with price, availability of matching textbook and shipping charges.
• Both book costs and shipping charges will be used to calculate the price difference.
• All information must be verifiable. Please allow 3 days after submission for processing.
• Once the information has been verified and approved, we will notify you to bring in your original
AS Bookstore receipt for your refund.
The Rules:
1. For online price comparisons, the textbook must be offered by a retail establishment located in the United States,
not by an individual selling at an auction site such as "ebay," "Amazon Marketplace," "Half.com," etc., or sites located in the U.K.
2. The textbook must be available for immediate shipment at time of verification or your source is online.
3. The textbook must have the same ISBN, and be in the same condition (new or used).
4. Once you have received your Low Price Guarantee, the book may not be returned.
